First Edition (1961). Published by Methuen & Co., London. This is a lovely first edition from the famous illustrator E.H. Shepard, of Winnie the Pooh fame, and is the second part of his autobiography, covering his life from about 1890, when his mother died, through his school days, engagement to a fellow art student, and marriage.
There are some wonderful illustrations within the book, drawn by the author, to illustrate the different parts of his life story. The book has its original dustjacket and is in good condition with some minor tears and the leather board covers underneath are in excellent condition, as is the overall book.
