First edition. Published by Dennis Dobson, London in 1959. The book is in very good condition with cream boards illustrated by Milligan with navy blue titles. The dustjacket has the same illustrations as the boards, the jacket has a tear to the front and some minor chips at the top of the spine.

A collection of some 30 ridiculous rhymes, which as Spike writes in the foreword, "Most of these poems were written to amuse my matter what you say, my kids think I'm brilliant". Illustrated throughout by Milligan in his own naive, manic style. Milligan was acknowledged by comics both young and old as a genius.
