PUblished by the Folio Society, London in 1962. Hardcover. The book is in very good condition with gorgeous gilt images on the front cover, and titles on the spine. The binding design is based on a manuscript volume of latin epigrams from Wolsey's own library which is now in the Bodleian Library and is said to be the earliest known example of the use of gold for bookbinding in England. Normal wear and marks apply consistent with use and age. All text and illustrations in good, clean, readable order. Beautiful crest designs, with dark background, on inner front and back pages.
