The book is in excellent condition and is bound in green cloth covered boards with black line illustration that wraps around both boards and the spine, gilt titles to the spine, yellow end-papers, plain brown slipcase. The slipcase has minor patchy fading, the odd small mark and minor bumping to corners. Selected and introduced by John Letts. Drawings by Sir Osbert Lancaster.
