The book is in excellent condition and bound with green half leather, a magnificent illustration of Arthur with Excalibur on front and back covers, gilt titles to spine, text clean, and binding tight. The slipcase is also very good.
This is a single volume, a combination of a previous three volume set. Edited by Richard Barber and 16 illustrations or etchings by Roman Pisarev. A very handsome volume reflecting a late Victorian view of chivalry.
