The book is in very good condition, bound in blue cloth boards, with red cloth quarter binding, alongside an illustrated front cover and gilt lettering to spine. The book is contained within its original slipcase. The book is introduced by Martin Gardner and there are full colour illustrations throughout by Joseph Mugnaini (illustrator).
