The book is in very good condition with the publisher's original decorated turquoise cloth covers, title lettering to the spine and to the front cover, with decorated dust jacket which has sunning to the spine, but otherwise in very good condition.
This copy of the Rubáiyát is over unnumbered pages carrying the 75 quatrains of Edward Fitzgerald's version enriched with 16 intricate full-page single-sided colour plates by Willy Pogany, numerous turquoise arabesques and embellishments throughout.
